Private Health > Basically the system used by the United States, where private business operates and manages health facilities, doctors, etc. Insurance companies mostly, but you gotta pay and choose your plan.
National Health > What Canada & the United Kingdom have, where people pay a fee, but all medical services are paid out of taxpayer money. The Government runs the hospitals, and determines what is covered, what isn’t. Income determines the user fees you are charged.
Universal Health > Where everyone receives all medical services, under a National Health plan, at one single monthly user fee. Your income make little difference, to the premium you pay.
